Return Policy

At Ideal Aloe, we are confident that our customers will be pleased with the products we offer. However, if you do not find any satisfaction with the product, we would like to offer you a full refund. All you have to do is return the jar containing the receipt and we will provide you with a prompt and polite refund of the entire purchase price, excluding shipping.

• Products must have been purchased directly from Ideal Aloe (our website or by phone)

•   Shipping fees are not refundable.

• We recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post for your protection and to insure prompt delivery. Refunds cannot be issued if the product is not received by Ideal Aloe. 

• Be sure to include a copy of your invoice and indicate the reason for your return.
